At least 300 prospective Chinese investors are set to visit the Unites States next month to look at the feasibility of investing in real properties in Nevada and California.  SouFun, China’s biggest real estate website, is organizing the US trip for a small group of investors.

China is experiencing a downturn in its market so investors are eyeing overseas real estate markets including the US.  California is being eyed as a possible site for the investors considering the large Chinese population in the area.
