According to a well connected source, Lucy Spillerguts, the purity ring-wearing singing sensations the Jonas brothers have leaved from the leased Bel Air residence where they’d been living the last year or so. Now, they happen to be next door to Jennifer Lopez’s manse - the star studded Toluca Lake. Their neighbors include Jennifer Love Hewitt, Jennie Garth and Peter Facinelli and fellow Disney money-making machines Ashley Tisdale and Nick Jonas’ ex-girlfriend Miley Cyrus.

Their 5, 600 square new home has been recently renovated and is one of the 34 luxurious houses that surround the private and high-status Toluca Lake which is located just a few-minute ride from the Disney Studious in nearby Burbank.

The 5 bedroom and 4.5 bathroom faux-Tuscan mini-mansion had been listed for sale for nearly a year with an asking price of $4,500,000. But according to our sources, the Jonas Brothers opted to lease the property to the tune of $13,000 per month.
