Blink 182 band member Tom DeLonge had listed his home in Rancho Santa Fe. He is more than ready to unload his home in California with five bedrooms which is listed for $6.25 million last year.

The rocker singer is quite the buyer and seller in the San Diego county area. He has already picked a number of homes, did some renovations and sold them with the help of his wife, who is actually an interior designer, Jennifer. But he’s hit a snag on this one. In 2005, he purchased the home for $5.5 million. The house has 6,500 square feet of space on 1.1 acre and is nicely located along breathtaking mountain views.

It includes an edge pool and a guest home with a den and a kitchenette. The home has a surround sound system, gourmet kitchen, large master suite with spa bath, an office suite with elaborate seamless glass doors and a separate craft room. The Wall Street Journal says that the home is now listed for only $4.995 million with Laura Barry Luxury Estates meaning that DeLonge will be taking a loss on this one.
