Celebrities are also feeling the effects of recession and Ashley Olsen is one of them.  She recently listed her LA home with an asking price of $1, 399,000.  Ms. Olsen bought the Spanish style casa in December of 2007 for a whopping $1,575,000.

The casa was built in 1928 that measure 2,232 square feet.  The place includes three bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms.  The house has a good sized living room, fireplace, chestnut herring bone patterned wood floors, swimming pool and covered patio.  A tiled staircase leads to the upstairs bedroom and a second floor balcony overlooking the backyard.

Although it is not sure where the famous twins are currently settling, the twins renovated a large apartment in New York when they enrolled in NYU.  They also leased a triplex apartment in West 13th street for $12,000.  In late 2006, they sold there LA home in Ashdale Place for $3,850,000.
