Milla Jovovich, actress, model, and wife of director Paul W.S. Anderson, has sold her four-bedroom, 3,582-square-foot house in Beverly Hills, Calif. for $2,750,000.

Jovovich has recently sold her French Country-style house at 9712 Heather Road in Beverly Hills (technically in the BH PO), which in turn Jovovich’s Rimpau Blvd Trust sold on June 10.  On July 24, an Asian-American non-celebrity couple bought the house and this deal has been recorded on the said date.

Latino artist Ricky Martin once owned this six-bedroom mansion in Beverly Hills, Calif. From 2004 until 2006, and now it is back on the market for $26,900,000 since August 5.

Actor J.K. Simmons is now selling his house for $1,795,000.  This is quite a price cut from the previous asking price of his contemporary-style house in Los Angeles’ Hollywood Hills which was $1,995,000.

Simmons’  house has been on an on-again, off-again listing and Lauren Beale of the Los Angeles Times wrote on August 3 about Simmons’ new asking price.  A story about Simmons’ listing of the 4,190-square-foot house was first broken in October last year.
